US Dollar Payments

Credit card payments are available through TouchNet®.

• Recurring/future payments may be set up.
• A 2.95% convenience fee will apply.
• Griggs International Academy accounts pay online at the GIA payments page.
• Currently, credit card payments are not available in-person or over the phone.
• If someone else will be paying on your account, you need to set them up as an Authorized User.

• Students should use the Student Login Portal.

• Parents and others should use the Authorized User Portal.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to log in as an AUTHORIZED USER. Do NOT log in as STUDENT.

There are three options available to those who are planning to pay by check.

1. Mail to:

• Student Financial Services, 4150 Administration Drive, Berrien Springs, MI 49104-0750
• Be sure to include student's full name and ID# with your payment.
• Checks should be made payable to Andrews University.
• Canadian checks are accepted, but may be subject to currency exchange or $2.00 exchange fee.
• Please indicate if payments are for Griggs International Academy.

2. Pay in person at SFS Front Desk-Cashier Window

• Monday -Thursday 1:00-5:00 -1st floor of Administration building.
• before/after lobby hours-drop box located to the left of glass doors. Checked daily.

3. Electronic check payment through TouchNet®

• make payments using a US checking/savings account
• available at no charge
• Payments post immediately; helpful for Financial Clearance at Registration.
• Payments returned upaid for any reason will be charged a $5.00 fee.
• Foreign & commercial bank accounts are not eligible. See Flywire for foreign bank account options.
• not available for Griggs International Academy accounts.

Cash payments can be made in person at the SFS Cashier window.

 Andrews University uses Flywire and TransferMate to receive wires. We do not post or give out our bank account information.

Flywire:

• Students or other parties can make payments.
• No login or password required.
• Transactions can be tracked by the payer or authorized SFS staff.
• Wire transfers from domestic (US) bank accounts are subject to a $10 processing fee. 

TransferMate:

• Students and other parties can make payments. 
• No login or password required.
• Transactions can be tracked by the payer or authorized SFS staff.
• Wire transfers from domestic (US) bank accounts are subject to a $20 processing fee.
• Payers must include the leading zeros with AU ID#. Example: Enter 000123456 instead of 123456.
• Pay now with TransferMate.
