Intl Students: Will you be on campus 12/11-1/11?

   COVID-19 Updates | Posted on November 19, 2020

Greetings, international students!

I am thinking of you as the semester winds down in the midst of a particularly challenging time. Please remember that God is always with us, and He will see us each through our most difficult times. I am praying for each of you!

I wanted to find out if you plan to stay on the Berrien Springs campus from Dec. 11, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2021. If you are leaving the campus during the break, you do not need to respond to this email.

If you are planning to stay on campus during the break, either in a residence hall or a University apartment, I would like to hear from you as soon as possible! This is going to be an especially long break, and I want to make sure I know who will be on campus so we can determine that University services are in place to meet your needs.

For those living in Meier or Lamson Hall who plan to stay the entire break, our Residence Life team will arrange rooms in the Campus Center between Dec. 14 and Jan. 6. If you have not yet received approval from Residence Life to remain over break, please email rhhousing@40cr13.com no later than Friday, Nov. 27.

Please let me know as soon as you can if you will be on campus from Dec. 11, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2021. Email me directly at christians@40cr13.com no later than Friday, Nov. 27. In your email, please provide the following details:

  • Your full name and Andrews ID#
  • Where you will stay from Dec. 11, 2020 to Jan. 10, 2021: on-campus residence hall, University apartment, or other local address

As soon as we have responses from those who will be on campus during the break, we will communicate again with additional information about the break. I am looking forward to your response. If you have any questions, please ask!

Warmest regards,

Christian Stuart
